These terms apply to your use of Over15Daily. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Over15Daily (https://over15daily.com) is operated by Over15Daily. Contact: hello@over15daily.com.

2. What the service is

Over15Daily publishes statistical football information: estimated probabilities for goal markets (such as Over 0.5 and Over 1.5 goals), historical trends, and suggested accumulator combinations, produced by a mathematical model.

We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold customer funds, or arrange bets on anyone's behalf. Any bet you place is your own decision, made with a bookmaker of your choice under that bookmaker's terms.

3. No guarantees

Football is unpredictable. Our probabilities are statistical estimates and are not guarantees, predictions of certain outcomes, or financial advice. A selection shown at a high probability can and sometimes will lose, and accumulators lose if any single selection loses. Past results, including our published track record, do not guarantee future results. You may lose money betting.

Odds shown are taken from a bookmaker feed or estimated, and may differ from the price available to you. Always check your bookmaker's price before placing a bet.

4. Who can use the service

You must be 18 or over and legally allowed to bet where you live. You must not use the service if you have self-excluded from gambling or are otherwise restricted from gambling. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

5. Your account

Keep your login details private; the account is for your personal use only. You must not copy, resell, republish or redistribute our selections, tickets or data, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

6. Free access and subscriptions

During a free launch period, registered users may access the service at no charge. After that, full access requires a paid subscription at the price shown on the site at the time you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from "Manage plan" on the site; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

7. Your right to cancel and refunds

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing. Because the service gives immediate access to digital content, we ask for your consent to start straight away when you subscribe; if you then cancel within the 14 days, we may deduct an amount for the service already provided. To cancel or request a refund, email hello@over15daily.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Service availability and changes

We aim to publish selections every day but do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or that a minimum number of selections or tickets will be published on any day. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may change prices with notice before your next billing period.

9. Our liability

We are not responsible for any betting losses, lost winnings or other losses arising from your use of the information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be notified to subscribers by email or on the site.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
