Responsible gambling

Betting should stay fun. If it stops being fun, stop, and get support if you need it.
Our approach
Over15Daily publishes statistics, not certainties. Every selection can lose, and accumulators lose if a single leg loses. We publish our full results, wins and losses, so you can judge the service honestly. You must be 18 or over to use this site.
Keep it under control
- Only bet money you can afford to lose. Never bet with money meant for bills, rent or food.
- Set a budget and a time limit before you start, and stick to them. Most bookmakers let you set deposit limits.
- Never chase losses by betting more to win money back.
- Don't bet when you're stressed, upset, or have been drinking.
- Treat betting as paid entertainment, not a way to make money.
Warning signs
- Spending more money or time than you intended.
- Borrowing money, or hiding your betting from people close to you.
- Feeling anxious, low or irritable about betting, or betting to escape problems.
- Chasing losses or finding it hard to stop.
If any of these sound familiar, it's worth talking to someone. Help is free and confidential.
